Because of the print-on-demand format in which the book was published, I do not expect chain stores to sell physical chain copies in their brick-and-mortar stores. They may be able to order a copy for later pick-up or home delivery, however; I’d say this is at their discretion.

Rakuten Kobo: Displaced – Part Two is also available for purchase through several international booksellers. One such etailer, the Japanese company Rakuten Kobo, is selling an ebook version (in Japan) for 1,474 yen (roughly $9.43 USD as I write this), although their English-language website (in North America) lists it for $12.99 USD.
